I completed my education
having left Launceston College, at Trowbridge High School for Boys.
I began my employment with the then War Department at Warminster. Shortly afterwards I joined the Post Office where I worked as a Postal and Telegraph Officer till I commenced my main career in 1965 in the Royal Navy. I completed my 22 years service having served throughout the world. During my time in the RN I married my wife Beryl and we had two children. When I left the Navy I joined the Civil Service as an Investigator for the Department of Transport. I am still with the department and now work as a Prosecutor for the DVLA in Exeter. |
